- If your item has been sent by colissimo expert (purchase amount less than 1500 €), you will receive your package at home, with a hand delivery against signature. It will be presented to you in the boutique. On your side, bring your confirmation email and your ID. You will have to show them in the store.
- You have requested a transfer to another Cresus boutique
When you make a purchase or a reservation, thanks to the transfer of watches, jewelry and accessories, more than 1000 references are at your disposal. We organize the transfer of your ordered article within a week after your purchase; and we contact you as soon as your article is ready, within a maximum of 15 days. Please bring your confirmation email and your ID. You will have to show them in the store.
- You wish to pay the balance of your article in store
This solution is possible. You have to reserve your article on our site by paying a deposit, then ask for its withdrawal in the Cresus store of your choice. You will then have to pay the balance when you visit the store, by credit card. Please bring your reservation email and your ID. The product will be invoiced on the spot.
