All of the pre-owned luxury watches on our site are also displayed in our store windows. If you have found the perfect opportunity, don't let it slip away! Whether you want to try it out in a boutique first, or consider financing it, take the time to complete your purchase in the best conditions! By paying a deposit of 20% of the total amount, you reserve the article exclusively for you, for 2 weeks. If you change your mind, we will reimburse your entire deposit.
Online or in store to finalize your purchase
It's your choice
When you make your reservation, you can also choose between home delivery or free pick-up in a store in Paris, Lyon, Aix-en-Provence, Lille or Bordeaux.
Once the reservation is made, your Cresus Customer Service will contact you to confirm the exclusive reservation of your item and advise you on how to complete your purchase.
- If you have chosen to pick up your item in its original store, it will be available for pick-up 1 hour after receiving your reservation confirmation.
- If you have requested the transfer of your article from one store to another, it will be available 7 days later, at the most.
To finalize your purchase at the boutique, please bring the reservation confirmation you received by email, as well as your payment method. Please note that Amex cards are not accepted! If you have chosen to finalize your order via our website, your watch, jewel, or watch accessory has been prepared immediately for shipment. We guarantee a delivery within three working days.

Please note that a deposit does not commit you definitively. If you change your mind, we offer several solutions:
- Carry over this amount to a new order if another product has caught your attention.
- Transfer your deposit to your customer account for a future purchase.
- Return the amount of your deposit by credit card (except for custom-made solitaire rings).
