Iconic designs on ear chips

Unlike creoles or pendants, ear chips play it cool. Those that are also called ear studs, give the impression of floating elegantly on the earlobe. And for good reason, the clasp, consisting of a rod that passes through the ear then attached to the back, is invisible. The ear chip has another advantage besides its suitability for all styles and its simplicity of use: it brings brightness and light to the face without changing the proportions. In gold or silver, adorned with diamonds or other precious or semi-precious stones, featuring an iconic pattern from a major jewelry House... Chips are actually the most common type of earrings. Which certainly won't help the undecideds! Having a favorite brand makes the task easier. How indeed, not to recognize, a Diamond Cube (or handcuffs) from Dinh Van, a Rose from Piaget, an Alhambra clover from Van Cleef & Arpels or even an Interlaced Heart from Poiray? The Jewelry Houses are indeed declining their iconic collections in the form of earrings, and especially ear studs, at least when the motif if ready. If we take Boucheron as an example, the four different gold and patterned rings in the Quatre collection are perfect for earrings, not studs. On the other hand, the diamond-paved drop depicting the head of the Bohemian Serpent is perfect for earrings.

The elegance of diamond and colored stones

This does not mean, however, that an ear chip is necessarily flat, quite the contrary, and even more so if it is decorated with a precious or fine stone, or even several. It is not Bulgari who will say otherwise, House whose one of the emblems is the flower: it declines it in ear chips with paved rose gold petals surrounding a center diamond with Fiorever, as it can surround the eternal stone of multicolored sapphires with Flora. Colored gems, jewelers certainly do not hesitate to use in their earring lines. One thinks of Van Cleef & Arpels's Perlée Couleurs collection, where the chips are adorned with carnelian, turquoise or malachite. One also thinks of Poiray's geometrically shaped Lolita ear studs with their blue topaz, rhodolite or moonstone. Impossible, of course, to make an exhaustive list, but one of the champion brands in the use of colored stones is undoubtedly Morganne Bello. The House's palette includes some 40 gems and its jewelers. On the earrings as on other jewelry, the natural stones have the particularity of being cut in multi-facets, revealing even more of their brilliance. Ginette NY also holds the rope, with a very large choice of ear chips with graphic designs (Ever, Star, French Kiss...) high in color. But when it comes to sparkle and ear chips, the queen stone is and remains the diamond, paired with 18 carat gold, whether yellow, pink or white. The diamond wraps itself in a gold twist with Diamant Léger de Cartier, in ultimate classic elegance, when Pomellato gives it a trendy designer touch, for example with the Sabbia line. Discreetly chic or unconventionally stylish, it's up to each of us to choose the ideal earrings. The ear chip could even say, the monobucket to match with another model is indeed increasingly trendy.
