Between heritage and contemporary design, the boldness of Piaget

Piaget's creative audacity can be seen in the various earring models, to be worn for everyday wear as well as for special occasions. Precious stones, colors and new combinations are the trademark of the Swiss House, resolutely flamboyant, always elegant. As for the gold and diamond earrings, says Piaget, "they borrow as much from the rock spirit as from grace." "The delicate curves are as much dedications to femininity as they are nods to eras that have shaken up the style scene, from the 1960s to today." Piaget's heritage, and in particular his favorite motifs such as the rose or the sun, thus meets contemporary design, in flowers with stylized petals, in sunbeams that adopt the triangular shape. One result is earrings that shine brightly in the Piaget Rose and Piaget Sunlight collections. Diamonds stream from the ear studs onto white gold or 18-karat rose gold structures. Fine stone sometimes joins in the dance, when sapphires are interspersed between the diamonds. But Piaget is also a House that lives with the times, one where a single piece of jewelry can accompany different styles - and different moods. So the newest Piaget Sunlight models are designed to be worn in a variety of ways, short for a sober, elegant look, long and extended behind the ear for an intriguing touch.

The Piaget Rose collection or extreme elegance

Elegant women may prefer the ear chips embodied by the Piaget Rose collection, directly inspired by the flowers Yves Piaget lovingly grew in his garden, one species with 80 petals named after him. Modernized and stylized in a rose gold version set with 70 diamonds on part of the buckle, or finely chiseled in white gold and entirely paved with diamonds, the petals of Piaget's roses adapt to each wearer's style, in traditional or contemporary versions. Here a pink sapphire invites itself into the heart of the buckle, there a gold bud creates the illusion of a real flower, when diamond leaves do not adorn the ear: poetry, refinement and elegance become the key words of this iconic collection.

The must-have Possession and its many models

But how can we forget, when talking about iconic models, the incomparable rotating ring from the Possession collection? The ring created in 1990 is one of the must-haves in jewelry, all Houses included. Piaget would have been wrong to deprive itself of it, its central ring that is twirled under the finger as a ritual gesture and bringer of good luck is today declined in a wide variety of jewelry. And thus of earrings. With this playful collection, Piaget designers have had a field day. Open hoop earrings, rose gold and diamond earrings with rings of different widths bordered by a discreet gadroon, ear pendants adorned with fine and colorful stones: Possession meets all styles and desires, in the joyful universe that is its own.
