Have you fallen for a watch or piece of jewelry on the Cresus website? Don’t let it get away!
 


To reserve your item in just a few clicks, you can simply make a down payment.

 
This down payment amounts to 20% of the total price of the item, not including shipping fees. 

To make a down payment, go to the page for your watch or jewelry item and click on “Reserve”.

During this step, you also choose the type of delivery, either shipping to your home or pick-up at one of our shops.

Once the transaction has been completed, our customer service department will contact you to confirm the reservation of your item and advise you on how to finalize your order.

 

Why make a down payment?

Making a down payment allows you to exclusively reserve the product of your choice. We put the item the watch on hold for up to 3 weeks, this gives you the time to make your final decision, to come in to one of our shops to try on the item, to organise together the funds needed to finalize your purchase, or to come back from vacation... with all the peace of mind you need!

 

Can I change my mind?

 

Your down payment is not a final commitment. If you change your mind and do not wish to finalize your order, we offer you several solutions:

 

  • You can use the amount paid towards another item that has caught your eye.
  • You can transfer the amount to your customer account for an upcoming purchase.
  • We can refund your money by check or bank transfer within 10 days maximum (this delay does not included orders on custom rings).

 

Can I reserve online and pay the balance at the shop?

To reserve the item, you can make a down payment online and pay the balance for your purchase later at the Cresus shop of your choice. If you choose to pick up your item at the original shop, you can pick it up 1 hour after you have received confirmation of your reservation and a maximum of 2 weeks later if you have requested that the item be transferred to another Cresus shop. 

To finalize your purchase at a shop, please bring your reservation confirmation email, your method of payment and your identity card. Please be aware that we no longer acept american express credit card.
