It is possible to change your mind after making your purchase! We are here to help you with a quick and simple return procedure.

Cresus strives every day to offer you the highest quality of services and products. However, if one of our watches, jewelry, handbags or accessories does not give you complete satisfaction, or if you simply change your mind, we are committed to offering you another item or to refund you.

Because your time is precious, we offer you a simplified mailing process.
We process your request as soon as possible so you can choose another item, or quickly be refunded!

It is possible to change your mind after making your purchase! We can guide and advise you so that we can find a product together that best fits you.

Our commitment

We believe that Cresus products -luxury watchesjewelry, accessories ou handbags- you have ordered will give you complete satisfaction. If not, you can exchange your item or ask for a full refund.

You have 14 days from the date of reception of your item to return it, along with its return slip. Feel free to contact the Customer Service Department at +33 (0) 4 72 32 20 00 so we can will help you find a solution that best fits your needs.

To exchange your item for another product in our gallery, visit our website: more than 700 Rolex watches, Omega, Tag Heuer (etc.) 200 jewellery signed Pomellato, Cartier, Mauboussin and 100 accessories are available, and many new products arrive every single day.

You can also decide to keep the funds on your client account here at Cresus until you find the watch or jewelry that best fits you.



Returns and exchanges: a simple procedure

> Step 1 :

Contact the Customer Service Department: your advisor will be notified of your wish and will guide you while you choose a new item that better fits your desires.

> Step 2 :

Print and complete the return slip.

> Step 3 :

Return your article by mail. We recommend that you pack your product very well and use an insured parcel service available at your local post office. Returns must include everything initially received with your order, i.e. the watch, jewellery item or accessory, as well as the case, documents, warranty and any other goodies, along with a copy of your invoice.

> Step 4 :

Upon reception of the item and after verification by our Quality Department, we will refund you via your means of payment, or we will send you the new item!



Exceptional circumstances

The refund or exchange cannot be considered if the following cases apply:

  • tailor-made product: made-to-order bracelet, custom-made solitaire/ring...
  • item ordered online but picked up in store (Click and Collect).
  • item returned after the delay withdrawal period, incomplete, already worn, or refused by our Quality Department.
