Friandise, the Morganne Bello collection of reference

A semi-precious stone in its most natural appearance crossed by a gold ring: with the Friandise ring, jewelry designer and brand founder Morganne Bello purely and simply launched the fine jewelry. The collection remains today the great reference of the Parisian House, its originality and character have elevated the ring to iconic status. The stone, cut in the shape of a cushion for softness or a four-leaf clover for luck, is placed directly on the skin. Multifaceted, it is simply pierced by its yellow gold or 18-carat white gold band. The singularity of the Friandise ring lies in this stone "raised in majesty without claw or setting", and just as much in the wide choice of gems. These can then be chosen as much for their natural color as for their symbolism or for the virtues that lithotherapy grants them. Agate, amazonite, lapis lazuli, amethyst, carnelian, onyx, powdered rose quartz, red, blue or smoky... To the stones commonly found in jewelry, Morganne Bello adds gems that we are less likely to encounter, such as blue Pietersite - or "storm stone" from Namibia - or pyrite, which has sometimes been mistaken for gold because of its color and brilliance. Hence, for the anecdote, its nickname "gold of fools".

Gemstones make their way into collections

One thing is for sure, it's in the fine stone that the heart of the Morganne Bello creations beats. The collections that followed Friandise, even more so since the departure of the designer in 2011, however, have brought him their jewel touch. Thus, the Aurora Rings added a line of set diamonds that crosses the gray moonstone, onyx or green agate, when pink quartz is adorned with pink sapphires and blue agate lace with blue sapphires. With the Victoria line, the clover-shaped stone is "tucked" into the white, rose or yellow gold setting of a corset ring. The Honoré collection celebrates a new form of faceted stone in which the gold that runs through it is reflected. Baroque, as its name suggests, displays a slightly more imposing look. Morganne Bello old or new generation, the collections of rings and other jewelry evolve but it is indeed the palette of stones and their colors that makes the singularity of the Parisian brand. Its affordable prices fully participate in its success, with rings sold new around 300€ or 400€, a little more expensive for the Victoria collection which, in addition to 18-carat gold and fine stone, are adorned with precious stones. This accessibility is of course the joy of all those who want to afford luxury rings at a reasonable price, but also of women who enjoy changing their style on a daily basis or/and mix and match by mixing different rings with different stones.
